Nomination Application Form and Process
We are excited that you want to nominate someone for the Greenwave Hall of Fame.
To get started, click HERE to submit your request. You will then be emailed the application, which can be completed electronically or you can print and mail to the address below. The application packet includes the nomination form and information about the process, criteria and questions to complete. We advise you to take your time – research, if necessary – when completing this application. Failure to answer and complete each question will result in rejection and the person nominating will be asked to resubmit. Included below, as well, is a link to ongoing research on Greenwave athletics (note that girls information is currently being worked on).
Deadline to submit is May 31. Nominations submitted past the due date will be considering for the following year’s Hall of Fame class.
Print Submissions
It’s highly suggested that nomination forms are completed electronically. However, if you must complete the form on paper, please make sure to submit a complete nomination packet inclusive of the form and pertinent information like news clippings.
